Abstract

Experiential Learning through Educational Games is a research and development initiative which focuses on the design, development and implementation of an instructional game for an undergraduate Information Systems Course, in the College of Computer and Information Sciences at Regis University. The instructional game that will be created in this project is based on an existing prototype which has been recently developed by Regis faculty. This prototype was designed and developed based on an existing framework which unites course content, game method, and values & skills. Combined, these elements create an experiential setting for learners through serious game play.
