Abstract

This paper presents a case study on a technology integration training designed for vocational instructors. Curriculum design procedure was followed in the study to develop training with the aim of meeting the instructors’ needs for technology integration. In order to determine students’, instructors’, administrators’ needs with regard to the training to be designed, a needs assessment was conducted. A instructional design model which is flexible in terms of design procedure and focuses on individuals rather than the context was chosen. Modular approach was used in the design to meet The International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) Standards and one of them was piloted. The design was revised according to views of participants.
