Abstract
This study describes the results of an Attitude Toward Computer Use Survey (ATCUS). More than 1,000 pre-service teachers completed the survey as part of the University of Northern Colorado's Preparing for Tomorrow's Teacher to Use Technology (PT3) grant. This presentation specifically focuses on the analyses and findings from the attitudinal, anxiety, and computer use data over nine consecutive semesters beginning in Spring, 2001. Positive and negative reactions to computers, attitudes about computers and children, and general attitudes about everyday computer technologies were explored to identify relationships among anxiety, computer use, and curriculum changes.
