Abstract

This paper addresses issues related with how recommendation hints about e-learning quality approaches are provided to the users of the European Quality Observatory (EQO) web portal. It proposes the application of a multi-criteria model for representing the assessment of an quality approach, and of a multi-criteria additive value function for synthesizing assessments and calculating a prediction about the suitability of a quality approach for a given user. The proposed model is engaged to support the automatic recommendation mechanism of the quality approaches repository of the 'EQO: European Quality Observatory' project.
