Abstract

Mobile technology has significantly evolved over these years. Mobile learning equipments would make information flow different than ever. The purpose of this study was to figure the future impacts of mobile learning equipments through normative scenario modeling. The conclusion would 1). Establish whether the ends justify the means, 2). Provide targets at which to aim, 3). Provide a basis for technology and policy back casting, 4). Provide information for further discussion and list possible benefits.
