Abstract
This paper presents e-learning acceptance by South African secondary schools educators. The study was informed by data collected from schools in the Tshwane District of Gauteng province in South Africa. The collected data was analyzed quantitatively and findings indicated that lack of integration of E-learning in the South African curriculum and poor infrastructure play a significant role in the educators’ acceptance of E-learning. This study contributes to practice and management by identifying those areas that needs attention by school administrators and managers when implementing E-learning.
