Abstract

The purpose of the presentation is to introduce the recent successful collaborative projects with a Japanese university. Students in the U.S. and Japan engaged in a synchronous chat and collaborated on a group research project. The author will explain how the activities were implemented and share her experience. Audiences of this presentation are encouraged to share ideas about different forms of collaboration across the countries in online learning environments.
