Abstract

For the last four years we have worked with a company called ooVoo (similar to Skype but with more options) to assist our students in conflict resolution and negotiation classes through the use of telepresence. Many of our graduates are using telepresence in their jobs every day because they work in the global community. Our paper and presentation will explain how we have worked with our current students over the years to use this new technology to communicate, collaborate and negotiate. Our primary goal has been to make sure our students are well prepared for working with this technology post graduation. Our paper and presentation will explain the steps we have taken to reach that goal.
