Abstract

As part of a graduate research course, students in an online educational technology Master's program designed a self survey to examine whether perceptions of online learning change as students complete multiple courses. Survey results indicate that students become more comfortable over time but the specifics of course design and interpersonal interaction are more critical to perceptions of ease of use and student satisfaction. Experienced students have increased capacity to evaluate their experiences and are more able to articulate their preferences.
