Abstract

The authors attempt to do a specific research to find out the learning effect of the Internet business simulation game(B-game)toward constructing the capability of decision making through a series of experimental contests. The conclusions of this research are summarized as follows:1.For achieving better decision making quality, the B-game should utilize on-line discussion and guidance concurrently,2.The B-game can enhance the capability of strategic decision making skill by financial statements analysis,3.Based on the data analysis, business school students relatively show superior understanding on I/S and B/S rather than on cash flow statement and CGM statement,4. Based on the observation results, Japanese commercial school students put more emphasis on manufacturing planning and R&D investment. On the other hand, Taiwanese commercial school students fling more energy into formulating marketing strategy comparatively.
