Abstract

This Best Practice presentation will introduce and report on the development and pilot testing of a new instrument that assesses a student's learning attributes and provides individualized recommendations necessary for their success in an online learning environment. Development of the instrument is grounded in the research literature, the authors' research, and in practical application by teaching faculty.
