Abstract

With the goal in building up a vibrant international virtual learning community, the paper introduces a program featuring ICT cyber camp learning activity. The program did not perform well previously. For improving the results, in addition to better interface design, the paper proposes several approaches to enhance the ongoing project, which includes the installs of online facilitators, intelligent agent, learner profile, and voice technology. To evaluate the outcome of the enhancement, the paper proposes two dimensions in collecting data empirically.
