Abstract

The National Assessment Centre for Higher Education (CENEVAL) in México, in facing important challenges in the field of education, supports the assessment needs of organizations and institutions, private and public. In this latter context, implementation of the recently introduced Professional Service of Career by the Federal Government requires ICT technologies in order to function appropriately. CENEVAL, as an expert in the field of assessment and with wide experience of ICT, is making use of its ICT developments in order to provide the technology to support the recruitment and certification processes for public servants through online training, assessment and certification systems.
