Abstract

The aims of research 1) study the in-depth data of e-learning process of the graduate students of Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University and 2) study the obstructing and improve factors on e-learning. The research questions were 1) “How do the perceive about e-learning graduate students of Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University” 2) What are the obstacles resulting from learning via e-learning” and 3) “How to improve learning via e-learning”. The study used qualitative by Sideman’s method. The informants were drawn by purposive sampling from students who were willing to provide data who were 12 graduate students. The findings revealed that. It was found that terms of the perception of e-learning, it consisted of 7 terms and finding about obstacles of 8 factors, STOU e-learning process can be improved 7 factors.
