Abstract
The purpose of this study was to explore the criteria of instructional website by evaluating five parts: website material, website graphic, website interface, website interaction, and website system. Samples of the survey consisted of three companies, (1) 20 pre-teaching teachers for pilot test, (2) 78 members of faulty including 33 teachers who have built instructional websites and 45 teachers, (3) 240 students at the NYUST. The study was aimed to explore guidelines on high quality instructional website and to develop more efficient instructional website criteria for teachers and instructional web designers to use and build instructional web environment. The efforts are directed to help to build highly effective and interactive instructional webs that suit ever-increasing needs of high quality digital learning environments.
