Abstract

After evaluating the issues surrounding ineffective and inconsistent faculty feedback at an online university, we have developed a Jones International University Faculty Feedback Form and Rubric. With the implementation of this effective process, the university seeks to develop and advance the faculty on best practices for online teaching and learning.
