Abstract

Adult distance learners took an asynchronous, self-paced lesson on integrative bargaining over the internet. Embedded in the lesson was a self-paced lesson on self-monitoring. Learners were tracked for time and data was collected on self-regulation offers, counter-offers, and degree of integrative bargaining achieved. Effects of the self-monitoring were positive. Student reactions to internet lessons were also positive.
