The production process of multimedia learning material includes many participants, tasks, and tools. The system described in this paper combines all data from the development and production processes into one semantic web based and XML-coded system. A system was created to support the development and production processes, which follows the principles of a comprehensible quality assurance system. This includes didactics, ergonomics, technical and artistic aspects. All specialists and developers are enabled to make their decisions and contributions based on a shared process repository.
