Abstract

The purpose of this research is to assess the administrators and faculty members' perception in UE-CCSS for school year 2002 - 2003 for the purpose of offering E-learning courses. This research will also serve as a guide to other schools and universities who are planning to offer E-learning course in the country as well as to provide guidelines and policies in offering E-learning courses. This research is also intended as a starting point in developing an instrument for offering the same in a third world country like ours. This research attempts to have a concrete guidelines and policies that will serve as an instrument for school administrators and faculty who are planning to offer E-learning course in the Philippine education system setting.
