In the past, the peer and self assessment were proved useful for adult learner [8,10,11]. Author's purposes are to propose a new peer and self assessment model for mobile learning and try to propose some open questions for future works. Does peer and self assessment still work via mobile devices? When do peer and self assessment work via mobile devices? For whom do peer and self assessment work via mobile devices?
