Abstract

Due to the significant advances in transportation, telecommunications and Internet, the whole world has integrated into a global village, with English as an international language. The advent of e-learning has excellent possibilities when applied to teaching English as a second language (TESL). But, active learning is essential for effectiveness and efficiency.
