Abstract
Flipped classrooms have begun to be widely practiced in education in recent years. However, it has been observed that when students encounter problems while video viewing at home, they are not able to ask questions online. Therefore, this research is planning to develop a cloud-based video discussion platform for students to ask a question at any point in the video. The platform is designed for students to raise questions concerning the video content in the form of text, voice recording, drawing, or uploaded images. In addition, our research is developing a cloud-based adaptive learning system that allows students of different levels to practice suitable exercises.During the course of learning, lower-achieving students collaborate with high-achieving peers. In this way, students are connected to form a digital learning community. By experimenting with digital flipped classroom, we are looking forward to achieving more effective teaching and learning.
