Abstract
A pilot study on the implementation of online approach showed that the percentage of candidates using online technology for completing ECE M. Ed. program at Kennesaw State University increased from 74% to 100% during four semesters. The M.Ed. in Early Education at Kennesaw State University is designed specifically for Accomplished Classroom Instructional Leaders. The program allows experienced classroom teachers in Elementary education (P-5) to earn a M.Ed. in four semesters while continuing their teaching career. To make it accountable to using technology enhancing classroom teaching and learning, educational technology is successfully integrated in the dynamic in-service teachers' training program at Kennesaw State University. This presentation is to demonstrate technology tools, resources, and skills integrated in the program, discuss the effective integrating strategies to enhance the in-service teachers
