Abstract: There are different ways to research technology integration in teacher education program. This research utilizes the pedagogical ethnotechnographical approach to understand the impact of technology integration on the attitudes of preservice to information technology and computer, and the effects of technology integration on the computer skill level. This unique approach employed both qualitative and quantitative approaches. This research approach developed by this researcher was used for the first time in this research. The result shows that teacher education program are making strides in integrating technology but progress seems to be slow. Interviews with participating preservice teachers provided answers to support the descriptive statistics used in the study. The findings on the impact on the computer skill level of preservice teachers was based on the computer skill levels prior to the course and the depth of technology integration presented by the course instructor.
