Abstract
For many years, Research Methodology has occupied a central role in postgraduate education, with courses taught at all levels of postgraduate programmes. Despite its rapid development, postgraduate students face a considerable challenges in learning the subject. iMethod is a digital learning environment that enable students to ask questions about different topics in research methods, and get timely response from a Research Methodologist or peers. The environment also provides discussion forum. It hosts a library of short video and audio clips on various topics on research methods. Transcripts of dialogue generated in iMethod can be harvested and analysed in real-time to provide insights to understand the nature, breadth and depth of challenges students face in learning research methods.
