Abstract
According to Ariza and others (2010), 10.8 million children nationwide were migrated to United States in 2007. More and more English as second/foreign language (ESL/EFL) learners have been enrolled in public schools in recent years. The number has reached to approximately 10 percent of the total public schools enrollment. These students are among the most disadvantaged student population in schools. ESL/EFL students need help; ESL/EFL teachers need support. Increasingly developed educational technology will help make a difference. This presentation is to provide those who are Teaching of English to Speakers of Other Language (TESOL) with online instructional tools and selected digital resources to enhance TESOL instruction and help ESL/EFL children and students improve English language skills.
